Things are a little bumpy since they met in Meridian. Terezi still doesn't know where they stands, and Karkat doesn't want to talk about it, ranting for awhile about Dave instead before they decided to stop talking about it. He still won't be emotionally open with her, and while she's got some lingering feelings for him, she gets the feeling that whatever they might have had is might be done. But he's still her friend, and her leader, and she hasn't ceased to care about him even if he's being an insensitive and insecure ass about some things. KARKAT VANTAS

Before Meridian Terezi neither disliked nor was deeply fond of Kanaya. She's a bit too serious and not interested in games or roleplaying (even if potentially fun to troll). But Terezi's come to appreciate her clear, rational thought and calm bearing here, particularly in contrast to the high emotions of Karkat and Gamzee, and she could see herself potentially relying on the other girl more in carrying out her investigations. Terezi has always found Gamzee a little weird, but now he's even weird. Sometimes he's his usual incomprehensible self, but sometimes he's startlingly clear-headed, and not in a good way. Coupled with the surprising creepiness and seriousness of his interrogation, and she's definitely keeping an eye on him. She'll get to the bottom of this. GAMZEE MAKARA

Weird human who smells like blood. She met him while he was picking up coins and pretending he wasn't looking at people, so of course she promptly called him on it. He smells sooooo goooood. He can also project part of his subconscious as a separate entity, and Terezi surprised him by knowing it was there. She likes him, if only because he's the first human she met that came in a different flavor. Then she trolled him with her knowledge of Tiri, and put him on edge and refused to explain herself.
